When using this reservation option then you will have the entire guest area for your group. NO Smoking! NO VAPING, "If anything is smoking it better be a campfire, otherwise your stay will be extinguished!" NO Pets! We have week-end, Weekly and monthly stays available. Our 5.66 acre lake is close to Auburn and the museums, great views, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining, Bike Paths, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Hiking, Woods,Lake. The space This is the lower level of the house, NOT the cabin. Each bedroom has a Queen bed.. There is also a Queen Futon in the guest living room. Additional charges apply if guests are more than 2 per bedroom. You have your own private entrance, Kitchen and bath with Washer/Dryer combo. This is the area that works best for business travel and extended stays. We have had guests from a few months to 2 1/2 years in this area as well as weekend and weekly. Guest access The screened in porch lower level of the Lodge is the guest area. It has 3 patio doors that walk out to the pond. Each bedroom has a door and the living room has one that you enter from as well as double windows. Good size guest kitchen with full refrigerator with ice and water through door, smooth top range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, cookware, tableware all included. If you have day visitor's they may only use the dock and boats and walk the trials if they become registered guests which requires additional fees. Other things to note All new stays or reservations are usually only accepted two weeks prior to your stay as we specialize in monthly or longer stays.
