Our home sits on 1.33 acres in a quiet hilly neighborhood off of 290 in SW Austin. This home is not suitable for children under age 13. The cost for a Ride Austin Ride to (Austin's version of Lyft) downtown is approximately $14-20 depending on the time of day you travel. The space Refreshing and relaxing fun!! We have an in-ground pool and outdoor shower (with hot water!) Our 800 sq. ft deck is outside the screened-in back porch, which leads to the pool which has 200 sq. ft of pool patio. Our pool is refreshing and has lots of huge sun umbrellas if you want them for shade with plenty of lounge seating. There is a gas grill available for you to use. You may enjoy your breakfast on the screened-in porch with full sized sofa, two chairs, coffee table, and dining table that seats 4. All rooms, including the screened-in porch, have ceiling fans (except for the kitchen). Accommodations: This is our home, we live here when you’re not here. The house has three usable bedrooms on one side. There are two offices off of the dining room which are our personal offices and will be locked. There are three bedrooms that are available to you. The master bedroom features a retro 80’s bathroom experience with a double sink vanity and a walk in shower. The master suite has a professional high quality massage chair, a 42” TV with Netflix, a queen bed, a full bed, and 6 dresser drawers. (no closet). Bedroom #2 is our teen son’s room. He has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. You will have four dresser drawers and some closet space. There is plenty of room to add a twin mattress on the floor, upon request. Bedroom #3 belongs to our teen-aged daughter. This room is equipped with a full sized bed and plenty of space on the floor for a twin mattress, upon request. You will have access to two dresser drawers (no closet). Please let me know if you want a mattresses on the floor when you book. Bathroom #2 is in the hallway outside of the bedrooms and has a tub and a shower combo. We have a queen sized air mattresses that can be available on request and set up in the dining room. Our pets won’t be here while you’re staying here but they normally live here. So if you’re allergic to cats or dogs please consider this. We have two HONEY BEE HIVES on the property. The bees won't bother you as long as you don't bother them. There are honey bees everywhere in nature but please don't rent this home if you are allergic to bees. Amenities The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, ice maker, Reverse Osmosis Water filter, coffee maker, French press, small convection/toaster oven, and a 5 burner gas range. We do not have a microwave. You will have full use of the refrigerator in the kitchen as well as two cupboard for groceries. This is our home and our kitchen is equipped with all of the dishes, pots, baking pans, and gadgets you will need. We provide dishwasher detergent and dish soap. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Dining: You can easily seat 4 in the kitchen and 8 at the dining room table. The two table areas are open to each other. So you can visit regardless of which table you’re seated at. Movies and Tunes: We have a Blu-ray DVD player and Netflix (no cable or local stations). There is a 52” screen with surround sound. We have Apple TV and Airplay, which allows you to listen to the music from your iPhone. We have speakers and volume controls in the dining room, screened in porch, and out back by the pool. We also have WIFI. Backyard fun! There is a trampoline with safety net out back which can be used only with close supervision. The pool is fenced in but please be sure to supervise children at all times when outside. There is a disc golf practice goal and a set of discs to practice with. There is an 18 hole disc golf course within 4 miles of us at Circle C Metropolitan Park as well. Guest access This is our home, we live here when you're not here. We may be out of town or in the tiny house or RV on the property. You won't even know we're there and you can't see it from the house. You will have full access to the house, back yard, and pool as described above.
