Our house combines modern design with functional comfort and is ideal for all those who are looking for accommodation with character – whether for a short trip, a longer business trip or a relaxed family stay. The In & Out boarding house offers a total of 20 individual apartments that differ in style and size – so solo travelers, couples, families or small groups are guaranteed to find the right temporary home. Our categories range from cozy comfort rooms to spacious comfort for four and XL variants, to our superior rooms with special flair and the newly developed deluxe room, which offers modern elegance at the highest level. Most of our apartments have been freshly renovated – currently 11 of 19 existing apartments have been modernized, the deluxe room has been completely rebuilt. The renovated units are assigned depending on availability – please contact us if you attach particular importance to modern equipment. Each accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, small kitchens or kitchenettes for self-catering and a homely atmosphere ensure that you feel comfortable from the first moment. Our concept combines the privacy of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel – flexible, uncomplicated and hospitable. Whether you are staying for a weekend, several weeks or even longer, we are looking forward to welcoming you to the In & Out boarding house Guest access Check-in with us is very uncomplicated and flexible. On the day of arrival from 5:00 pm, you will receive the access code for the combination lock on the apartment by email or via the contact option you have specified (e.g. mobile phone or Airbnb message). This allows you to check in independently and flexibly – without any personal contact on site. During your stay We are here for you! If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and on weekends from 10 am to 8 pm by email, phone or SMS. If we are not directly available, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your well-being is important to us! Other things to note - Non-smoking apartments: Smoking in the apartments is not allowed. Ashtrays are available in front of the apartments for smokers, so you can smoke comfortably outside. If you violate this rule, we will charge a penalty of €200. - Self-closing doors: Please note that the apartment doors are self-closing. If you accidentally lock yourself out, there will be a service fee so we can send someone to help you open the door. - Quiet time: Quiet time in the boarding house starts at 10 pm. We ask all guests to be considerate and respect the nighttime quiet. - Parking: Parking is available for €5 per car per night. Please let us know in advance if you need a parking space. - Pets: Pets are welcome here, but must be registered in advance. The fee is €10 per pet per night. - Check-in is generally from 5 pm, check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of €15 from 1 p.m. Late check-out is possible for an extra charge of €15 until 2:00 pm.
