Gateway to the national parks

We love our home and love to share it with other like minded travelers when we are away. 10 minutes from Brianhead ski resort. 15 minutes to Yankee Reservoir, 45 minutes to Zion. Free wifi, Roku, Alexa. Huge backyard with tree swing, full size charcoal bbq, fire pit and patio. Fenced in back yard. Pet friendly. 3 blocks of the Rx, local gym, visitor center, the best massage therapist in Parowan, multiple restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. The space Large master bedroom, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen and bathroom amenities. Heater and swamp cooler always accessible depending on the season. One level home with a sunk in master bedroom that has 2 small steps. Guest access Located in a small residential neighborhood. Parking available in front of garage large enough to fit 2 large vehicles. Side parking available to park an RV or toy hauler if you are here with 4 wheelers or side by sides. Street parking in front of house but I do request that you park in driveway and not on the street. Other things to note Pet friendly. Please clean up after your pets. Please do not leave your dogs in the back yard unattended if they will bark and bother the neighbors. Please remember that this is our regular full time residence and we are happy to share it with others while we are traveling ourselves. Please respect any property that appears to be a personal item as you would want others to do in your home.
