Ample parking-- dedicated driveway and plenty of additional street parking. Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens into dining room and living room, with a TV atop a gas fireplace (with safety screen). Main-floor master bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and TV as well as a main floor full bathroom. Guest bedroom with a queen bed and closet. Second guest bedroom with 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top) and 1 Full Size Bed with Twin Trundle with personal reading lights and a closet. Pull out sofa bed also available in the basement couch. All beds have memory foam. Fun family room space in the basement with a large TV, huge couch, comfy Lovesac memory foam bean bag, and a variety of board games. High-speed internet and strong whole-home WiFi system. Stream with Roku on all 3 TVs. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, including a front and back patio with seating, as well as a private gas barbecue grill. You will also have access to additional seating outside our community center (2 houses down), which has an additional shared gas BBQ grill for your use. The home has a dedicated driveway that fits two vehicles comfortably, as well as ample street parking.
