The hotel is located on Tran Phu Street, in the Muong Thanh Building opposite Nha Trang Beach and only 200m walk from the square. The building has 46 floors, from the 1st floor to the 26th floor of Muong Thanh Hotel, from the 27th to the 46th floor of Muong Thanh Apartment. The apartments are managed and operated by the private company PYA. The space The area is 90m2, with 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet, overlooking the sea and no balcony. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped with: kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, super speed kettle, rice cooker, washing machine, hot and cold water, television, air conditioner, etc. Daily housekeeping service for short-term stays and 4 times/month for long-term stays. Parking, swimming pool, gym, restaurant in the building under the management of the hotel are subject to a fee. For daily renters, the price is all-inclusive except for parking fees. For monthly renters, the price is inclusive of management fees. Utility bills include electricity, water, internet, parking fees that need to be paid depending on the usage. You will need a deposit of $150 or 3,000,000 VND for this utility bill. On the check-out date, after calculating the utility bills used, you will be refunded the remaining amount or deducted directly from the deposit amount. The average cost of a 2-person apartment usually costs 1,000,000 VND. However, if you use a lot, the utility bill can be 2 or 3 times higher. * For monthly rent of apartment without setup: - Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel -Towels - Iron, hair dryer - Laundry soap Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
