The space Features include a swanky renovated 1920s home and furnishings throughout, including a queen-sized bed, fresh linens, soft towels, a washer and dryer, dishes, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee/tea maker. Stocked with K-cups for your coffee needs. We also have included consumer staples such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, and an ironing board. There is a comfortable workspace with a desk and office chair, free high-speed Wifi, plus outlets fitted with handy extension cords, making it easy to find a spot for all your devices. Guest access Guests are prohibited from accessing the storage bins underneath the bed and the deck boxes on the porch. Other things to note This unit has many windows with blinds to limit 80% of ambient light. We do not offer 100% blackout curtains. Be aware there will always be some form of ambient light in the unit. Ambient light can include "natural" ambient sunlight and "artificial" ambient light, such as a nearby street light, outdoor security light, or similar. - - Service Animal: Service animals can not be left alone in the listing at any time. No exceptions. - Pets and Service Animals: Dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must not be Out of Control or bark frequently. No exceptions are provided. The front yard can not be used as the service animal's relief area at any time. Dog poop must be immediately picked up on disposed of via an outdoor trash can. Animals are not allowed in the pool.
