The space If booking on Airbnb you may NOT bring any pets to the property and can not book them as part of your stay. As part of our STR agreement this is against our rental policies. If you have a service dog you must declare them prior to your arrival and provide us with their current rabies vaccine certificate and answer the two permitted questions per ADA local and federal law. This info is required to be kept on file per local ordinances to prevent fraud and satisfy our insurance provider regarding the law as it relates to guest's service dogs on our property. Keep in mind rental prices are higher when renting on Airbnb to cover additional platform fees. We can NOT reduce rates when booking through Airbnb. Our reservation calendar is only open 30 days in advance for any of our rental properties on Airbnb. Stays may not be booked further in advance if you are booking your reservation on this platform.
