There is a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer that has shared access via the side door of the garage itself. This space has been the perfect accommodations for students or solo traveling medical professions who need a cozy place to stay while having close proximity to downtown, the hospital, or within walking distance of Augusta Rd. Guest access You have full access to the apartment, private garden, and 1 parking space in the gravel driveway. You'll also have shared access to the stackable washer/dryer which is accessed via the side door of the garage. Other things to note Please note that this cottage is exclusively available for monthly rentals only. Owners live close by and host this house personally. They are Greenville natives and happy to assist guests via the Airbnb app with recommendations, questions, or any needs that arise.
