Other things to note ==>Lake-Access is not recommended due to difficulty in terrain ==>We prefer Saturday-Saturday bookings in peak season, but if that doesn't work for your schedule feel free to book the days that work for your group, shorter gaps will be opened up per my calendar ==>5 True Bedrooms with One Additional Non-Private Sleeping Area ==>No Surcharge for Cleaning- All Money Received goes directly to Locally Sourced Cleaners ==> Septic replaced in Spring of 2025, so some yard disturbance as you enter is present ==> October 2025 Backyard Renovation Including New Firepit and New Patio, Spring 2026 Will Have Some Grass Seeding Present. ==>No Surcharge for Extra Guests, we charge based on max occupancy ==>Groups of 8 or less who only want 1/2 the house can get a cleaning fee of 175$, just ask. It has all of the main living areas, with 3 private bedrooms. ==> This is a remote area, it’s recommended to bring groceries prior to coming ==>No Parties- neighbors have grown to expect peace and quiet, and we will not be jeopardizing that. It doesn't mean you can't be outside, just please be mindful of your surroundings.
