This 1600 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath home, located in Pooler, Georgia has a fully-equipped kitchen, newer appliances including washer and dryer, a large smart TV in the living room with high-speed internet and strong WiFi. It has an inviting great room with soaring ceilings and extra high windows to allow the light to shine in. The relaxing custom designed outdoor living space, with a Weber grill, is a great place to relax after a long day! Note: This is a 30 day minimum rental. The space Kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster and Keureg coffee maker. The kitchen also has a custom made chopping block island. The chopping block and the breakfast and dining room tables show off the owner's wood working skills! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note "Can you make an exception to your 'no pets' policy?" We get asked this question a lot and it always makes us feel bad. We understand the joy and the love and happiness a pet brings. We love dogs and cats ourselves! However, we have allowed a pet to stay in this home before and the outcome was horrible. The cleaning crew were so mad that we had to pay them twice the normal amount. There was pet hair everywhere: on the baseboards and walls, even in the dryer vent. It took many extra hours for them to clean the space properly. Allergies to pet hair are very real and we do have to be mindful of future guests. Our daughter is allergic to cat hair and dog dander and will react if she walks into a home that had a pet staying there, no matter how thoroughly it was cleaned. So, we're very sorry but we just cannot allow pets. We sincerely hope you understand.
