The stately house with an almost 100-year history offers coziness and warmth, ideal for a relaxed stay. It was completely rebuilt and renewed in 2019. It is managed as a bed & breakfast, but can be rented exclusively and without hotel services. The house is located directly at the Sarnersee, public transport, shops and restaurants can be reached in a few steps. It is the ideal starting point for excursions and sports activities. The space The house is decorated in Nordic style, with bright colors. The open staircase connects all 4 floors of the house. The cozy reading corner on the 1st floor with the balcony offers peace and relaxation and a sensational view over Lake Sarner and the surrounding mountains. Guest access The house is exclusively available, i.e. there are no other guests in the house. The 9-room house offers 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate guest toilets, kitchen, breakfast/dining room, library with balcony, conference room for max. 10 people (extra charge), TV room in Sous-sol. Garden with arbor and garden furniture. Three free parking spaces are available in front of the house entrance, two more places are available in the parking hall of the neighboring property (for a fee). Other things to note For a short stay of 1-2 nights, the kitchen cannot be used. In this case, I offer a breakfast buffet in the morning (surcharge of CHF 20.00 per person per day) and an optional 3-course daily menu in the evening (CHF 50.00 per person per day). If you still want to use the kitchen, the extra charge is CHF 500.00. The kitchen is available for stays of 3 nights. From 7 nights, a washing machine and dryer can be used. A laundry service is available for billing. If you want to enjoy an undisturbed stay, you can do without the daily cleaning. Let me know in time so I can make the appropriate arrangements. The house must be returned in perfect condition. Additional cleaning and excessive waste disposal entitle the host to charge the corresponding costs.
