The house has recently been renovated from floor to ceiling, offers plenty of parking and has all new appliances and furnishings. A modern farmhouse kitchen includes everything you need to make a gourmet meal and the living space includes high-speed internet, a 65 inch TV that can access all the major streaming services with just your login. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request. This is a pet-free property. Due to the host’s severe pet allergies, a penalty fee will be applied if there’s evidence a pet was brought on premises. Thank you for understanding. Guest access The whole house is yours! Please stay off the grass as it is new and trying to take root. Please also take note of any signs to stay clear of renovation areas including storage units. Other things to note House rules for crews and long term stays (over 7 consecutive days) are that our housekeeping comes to clean one time each week (2-3 hours) which will usually be on a work day of the guest’s choice. This weekly cleaning is required with long term stays and the $112 weekly cleaning fee includes laundering of the bed linens and setting out fresh towels and linens each week. Cleaners will focus on the main areas to ensure guest rooms are left undisturbed and guests will be asked to put bed sheets and towels in hamper to be washed before cleaners arrive each week.
