If you're looking for a stylish mountain retreat in an unbeatable location, this is the place. Enjoy a large deck, private hot tub, spacious yard, and a grill for year-round outdoor living. The home is ideal for families and friends of 4–6. While we allow up to 8 guests to accommodate children, please do not book with 8 adults or if you're planning to host parties. Guest access The whole home is available. This is our home, please treat it like it is your own. Please enjoy! Other things to note Douglas County Rules and Regulations: PERMIT NUMBER: DSTR1362P Per our permit: MAXIMUM DAYTIME OCCUPANCY: 16 people MAXIMUM NIGHTTIME OCCUPANCY: 8 people Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. We only allow registered guests to be on the property at any time unless special permission is granted. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. The renter needs to provide a photo ID for proof of eligibility to rent the home before the booking is confirmed, per Douglas County VHR Ordinance. PARKING: We have two permitted parking spaces, for a maximum of two cars in the driveway. No street parking in accordance with the vacation home rental rules. You will be issued a parking permit which you must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. A fine of $1000 will be issued for breaking curfew. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Cancellation is strict.
