The Reef Bungalow Hotel is a small private hotel located on beachfront, close to Negombo lagoon with it's pure nature and bird sanctuaries. You can enjoy the beach, stunning sea views and sunsets. Its a quiet natural place. The Bopitiya village with some shops, supermarkets and small restaurants is 1 km away, its a 15 minutes walk or Tuktuk ride for 200 RS. The hotel is located 30 minutes by car away from Colombo and Negombo and 20 minutes from Bandaranaike International Airport. The space You are booking the Pink Room with Balcony, located in the first floor of the hotel. Fom the window and balcony you have an amazing seaview. It is a large room with a queen size bed, TV, air conditioning, fan and a modern private bathroom with hot water shower. The hotel and all rooms were completely renovated in 2024. Our hotel is a quiet and relaxing place. We are providing the best customer service, remarkable experiences for your holiday and fresh prepared meals. You have access to the garden, main pool, kids pool and beach including beach beds and beach towels. It’s not recommended to swim in the sea due to strong waves and currents, but it’s amazing to watch the ocean. You can enjoy swimming in our large 6x12 meter pool. In the hotel is a public outdoor and indoor dining and living area with kitchen (microwave, water boiler, toaster, fridge). I our restaurant you can enjoy fresh food and drinks. Free carpark is provided at the hotel. We can organize boat trips to Muthurajawela Lagoon Nature Parc (3000 RS / person) We offer Sri Lankan cookery classes for our guests. Our chef will go with you to the market and buy fresh food like fish, seafood, vegetables... Then he will teach you how to cook Sri Lankan food with typical spices. The price of the cookery class is 5000 RS per person including the food. Birthday parties and events can be organized on request. Spa and Ayurveda can be organized on request in other Hotels. Sight seeing tours in Colombo and Sri Lanka can be organized.
