We are close to Fort Myers Downtown, Cape Coral Yacht Club beach, Sanibel Island with fine restaurants and bars, Ford and Edison winter estates museums and great shopping at Miramar Outlets, or take day trip to Disney. The space We love high 18 foot cathedral ceilings that make space so airy and fresh. There is new fully equipped kitchen and well thought seating and gathering areas in main hall with open concept. Guest access The entire Villa is for you to use. There are some belongings of the owners in the master walk-in closet, however they left enough storage area for guests. Other things to note Pets are allowed upon request on a case by case basis, one time fee of$200.00 per pet per stay applies. Please, if you have to bring your pets, contact us before you book. Pool heater is solar and electric heater is available also, electric pool heater fee is $85.00 per stay (per month if longer than 4 weeks).
