The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe. Amenities & Access - Ground-floor unit with one residence above - Parking is available for 2 vehicles - Private patio - In-unit washer and dryer - Walking distance to market, wine shop, coffee shop, and restaurants - Access to START Bus service to Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required) Important Policies: - Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas - Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens - Electric vehicles may not be plugged into parking lot outlets in the Aspens - Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation - Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation - Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage.
