This is our charming farm style house located in Fayetteville Ga/ metro Atlanta. The house has a open ranch layout and sits in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is fully equipped for comfort with 3 kings sized beds and a large sectional couch, this is perfect for families, gatherings, and work/long stays. Fayetteville is a great location for a break from the city life, but only 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes from Atlanta Airport. The space We have a fully functional kitchen for all your chef needs. We also have plenty of opportunity for entertainment here. We have large TV’s for multimedia use. We have a game room with different arcade games including PacMan, NBA JAM, foosball table, and also fenced in backyard for outdoor fun. The backyard includes a pergola for outdoor relaxing In the shade, a traeger grill for outdoor cooking, and a fire pit for you to relax by the fire. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living room.Also Includes a Queen size blow up mattress as needed. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Smoking Absolutely no Smoking in the property. There will be $1000 fine for any smoking in the property, and potentially the additional cost that may be incurred for smoke remediation/ cleaning Towels There should be plenty of towels for each guest for use inside the property (Left on the bed or in the bathroom). Please use towels with care any permanently stained or damaged towels will be charged to the guest in order to be replaced, at the end of stay. Please use BLACK colored towels as makeup towels to avoid staining white towels. When you depart please place any used towels inside the bathtub. Bedrooms Each Bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedrooms also include a smart TV where you can log on using your personal streaming application accounts to view. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a tempurpedic bed, with a remote to adjust bed position in the room. Bedroom 2 (brick wall bedroom) has a sleep number bed, you can download the sleep IQ app to your smartphone to adjust bed settings. Occupancy The maximum occupancy of (8) any day, for any length of time. Please do not have unapproved guests without consent from host. Guest access ENTIRE HOUSE Other things to note Our house has lots of handmade furnishings made by me. Please be sure to use coasters provided for full enjoyment.
