The house can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. It is located on a plot of over 1500 sqm, which includes a barbecue gazebo, a volleyball court and a fire pit. The space The house is actually an exclusive property that offers over 1500 sqm of space to spend time in a variety of ways. And behind the fence... a lake and forests in the Natura 2000 area, that is, the charming Drawska Forest. Here you will learn about the history of our house. Accommodation and interiors of the house The house can comfortably accommodate 4–6 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a table for 6 people, a TV and a phenomenal fireplace. There is a fold-out sofa for two people from which you can enjoy the warmth directly from the fireplace. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The larger one with a double bed and a baby cot. The second smaller one with a double bed. There is one bathroom in the house with a toilet, shower and sink. The garden and its development The most pleasant part of the house is definitely the garden and the adjacent area. A volleyball court, basketball hoop, spacious barbecue gazebo, bonfire and mini playground await guests. All on a developed area for exclusive use with a total area of over 1500 square meters. At the end of the plot there is a gate, thanks to which we can reach the shore of the lake in a minute. Kitchen in Lubiewo We have always associated our holidays in Lubiewo with delicious, family and home cooking. It's the same to this day. We prepare food on our own. Because we like to cook, we have equipped the house with everything necessary to prepare a variety of meals. The main character of most dishes is, of course, the grill located in the barbecue gazebo. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge and dishwasher. In addition, a kettle, toaster and blender. For coffee lovers, there is a coffee machine of the renowned Jura brand and delicious grainy coffee. Kitchen cabinets are equipped with pans, pots, basic kitchen utensils. In addition, plates and cutlery as well as glasses, wine glasses and mugs. Attractions of the property It is impossible to get bored in Lubiew! Let's start with our own backyard, because there is a lot to do on the premises. Outside of it – even more. When you come to Puszczykowo, you have many opportunities to spend your free time. Our cottage is located on Lake Łubowo in the Drawska Forest. The unforgettable atmosphere, clean air and water make this area very attractive in terms of tourism and recreation. The biggest attraction is the barbecue equipped with a large fire pit and the necessary utensils – including an electric firelighter, which will quickly and efficiently prepare the barbecue station. The barbecue gazebo has electricity and handy shelves by the barbecue. A large table with benches will comfortably accommodate everyone. Many events have been held here – including dances. Next to the gazebo there is a designated place for a campfire. A proven way to have an interesting evening will be to spend time staring at the campfire and singing campfire classics. The plot is located in a valley, which makes for a breathtaking view of the sky in the evenings. Those who love to stare at the stars will do it here for hours. A full-size volleyball court awaits those who love to move. There is enough grass that you can successfully kick the ball and practice long passes. Basketball lovers will be pleased to be able to practice shooting baskets. Other things to note What's included in the price? Two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room will accommodate a total of 6 guests. Towels, bed linen – everything will be prepared for you fresh and fragrant. In addition, on request, we will prepare a cot and bedding for a smaller child. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge with a freezer, a pressure coffee machine, a dishwasher, full tableware, lots of glass and the necessary cooking equipment. Delicious coffee beans will be waiting for you in the coffee machine. The price includes final cleaning, utilities (electricity, water, gas), waste and garbage disposal, and Wi-Fi access.
