La Casa del Gobernador is a stately home designed by Juan Talavera. A house with a lot of history, completely renovated, located in the historic center of the city, just a 100-meter walk from the Cathedral. The space Our house has three floors accessible by stairs or elevator. On the ground floor is the hall and a small full bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor, we find the living room and the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all the necessary utensils to be able to make use of it. On the second floor are three of the bedrooms, all with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the third and top floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a small full bathroom with shower. All bedrooms feature views of the Cathedral. From the third floor we also have access to the terrace, which has a table for 8 diners, sun loungers, a shower and a small private pool of 1.80 x 1.60 meters and a depth of 50 cm. From the terrace and from the pool you can enjoy privileged panoramic views of the Cathedral and the Giralda. If the weather is rainy or cold, you can also enjoy these views from the covered viewpoint located on the same terrace.
