Welcome to our Beach Shack, newly remodeled 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom house, Just a short walk to the beach, Pacific City and Downtown Huntington Beach. Fast Wifi access and the living room has a 60" TV equipped with LED lighting & multiple apps, comfy couch with a queen size pull out. The bedroom has a queen size bed and an A/C unit. Comes with 2 bikes and many boards. Private backyard has plenty of seating, table, park bench and gas bbq ready to go. Reserved parking Beach house is located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, pacific city and downtown HB. Located in a quiet neighborhood so we are strictly enforcing the 10-7 quiet hours to be respectful of our neighbors. There are 2 surfboards, 2 skateboards, 1 body board, and 2 beach cruisers (upon request) included. There is a strict non smoking policy and absolutely no parties or events allowed. Probably not the right house to try and reserve if that is what you are looking for as we live right next door. You’ll have access to at least 1 reserved parking spot and there is laundry on site. We live right next door so we are very easily accessible plus we will give guests all our contact info Super close to the beach and great entertainment spots. Short drive to paddle boarding and kayaking as well. Depending on where guy are going it may just be easiest to bike or walk Before confirming your reservation you'll be asked to confirm that all adults in your party are over the age of 25 and have read the rules and policies. We have now switched to an in-person check in where you will be signing the house rules in person.
