We recommend having all-wheel drive or 4-WD for snow covered roads. *** There is no TRASH pickup on the mountain. There is a trash center less that 15min from the house on the way to Waynesville. Guests are asked to dispose of their trash at the trash center (details in the welcome guide) or coordinate with the owners to have all trash disposed of for an additional fee (if more than 3 bags). DON’T FORGET the LONG RANGE MOUNTAIN VIEWS from the two expansive porches!! **Primary renter MUST be at least 30 years old. Guest access Easy check-in: keyless entry with door access code.
