Large laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king size bed. Both with TV's. A large circle driveway for your boat or trailer. Outdoor shower is located on the backside of the new garage area behind the house. Inside is an open concept great room with large kitchen. Sleeps 8 people. Check-in 4pm, Check-out 11am. A code for the electronic door lock is the last four digits of the registered guest's phone number for check in. This code will be active for only the days registered. House is located on a residential street, but several shops and restaurants are within walking distance and a short car ride for access to more. There is a small boat launch to the river 1 block north of the house. Parking is a large circular driveway. Hose in front yard for firepit safety and for washing boats/motors as needed.
