Cypress Crab House! Near river/parking/patio/games

The Cypress Crab has a large screened porch, a propane grill and private outdoor shower. A large kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. The great room has a leather (queen sleeper) sofa, leather recliner and TV equipped with Amazon Fire Stick. There is a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 more! Large laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king size bed. Both with TV's. A large circle driveway for your boat or trailer. Putting green/cornhole The space A large circular driveway for boat and trailer parking. A large yard, Fire pit, covered propane grill area along with a large, screened porch to enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor shower is located on the backside of the barn area behind the house. Inside is an open concept great room with large kitchen. Sleeps 8 people. Outside is a 4 hole putting green and all weather cornhole court recently added. Shared with Cypress Crab Cottage. Guest access Check-in 4pm, Check-out 11am. A code for the electronic door lock is the last four digits of the registered guest's phone number for check in. This code will be active for only the days registered. House is located on a residential street, but several shops and restaurants are within walking distance and a short car ride for access to more. There is a small boat launch to the river 1 block north of the house. Parking is a large circular driveway. Hose in front yard for firepit safety and for washing boats/motors as needed. Other things to note Guests are NOT to enter the covered barn areas. This is for the owner's use only...
