You'll love sitting out on the balcony watching the sunlight glisten on the water at sunset. Head inside in the evenings to prepare a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen. The large kitchen island provides plenty of space for the whole family to cook together. With full bellies and happy hearts, settle into the couch for a family movie night! Quality bonding time is just what you and your family need. After a good night's rest in these comfortably furnished bedrooms, take a short walk down to the beach to spend the day in the sun. Your dog will love splashing in the water and rolling in the sand! Don't worry about getting sand everywhere! There's an outdoor shower and washer & dryer in the home to help keep the sand at bay. 6 Parking Spaces Available On-Site Linens are provided. Beds are not made. Unit will come furnished with comforters, bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths per bed. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. For an additional $500 fee, paid directly to Elliott Beach Rentals, the pool can be heated for 1 week. Pool heat is only available from October to March. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.
