Pet-friendly Echo Park Bungalow w/ patio and yard

A cozy Echo Park bungalow on a tree-lined street in LA's best neighborhood - yes I'm biased. A 5 minute walk to a couple of cafes, twee grocery store and other cute little shops. A 10 minute walk to all of the happening bars and restaurants on Sunset Boulevard, in addition to a Vons and Lassen's supermarkets. Note that photos will soon be updated: brand new oven, more plants and some new art on the walls. Everything else is the same :) The space Outside, there's a small front yard and a nice tree-covered backyard that dogs will enjoy. The main house feels bigger than its Sq. footage – the front door opens into a living space with a couch, chair and big screen TV on the wall. To the right, there's a room that I use as an office, with a large desk and book shelves. Continuing, you next come to a dining area with a table that can be extended to seat 6. To the right is the bedroom, with a "Jack and Jill" bathroom between it and the office. Lastly, you come to the kitchen, that is good-sized with ample counter space for all of your cooking needs. Through the back door, you arrive at the lower patio, with a table and chairs. To the right is a laundry room. Up the stairs to the larger upper level of the yard is a second office with great light. There's a desk, chair and second "comfy" chair in there. Guest access One closet will be used to hold my stuff, everything else, including the back office, are yours to enjoy!
