Enjoy a fully furnished 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom home with Terrazzo floors, new beds, new furniture, new Smart TVs, new linens, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, new kitchenware, and more! Come relax under one of the oak trees in the backyard. The space ★ We are proud to partner with our local community and pay our cleaners a living wage. Your cleaning fee will go directly to a local, family owned, fully licensed and bonded professional cleaning company. After EVERY reservation, regardless of length, they provide a top to bottom cleaning of the entire house, as well as complete linen service. ★ Fully furnished 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom home with modern and updated furnishings. ★ 1/4 mile (500 meters) from the Atlantic ocean. A public beach, with lots of open space. ★ Large Patio with new 6-person table, umbrella, and a grill. Basecamp at Cocoa Beach is your vacation home on the Atlantic! If you're looking to walk to the beach, hang on the pier, relax before your cruise, hit the golf links, find some local fishing holes, or just want a nice quiet place to chill in your shorts and flip-flops, look no further - you're here. We pride ourselves in sharing a clean, comfortable, secure, and well equipped vacation home - you won't need to bring much more than your luggage and some positive vibes. Guest access The whole house is yours, including the large backyard with two beautiful oak tress to guard you from the sun! ★ You will NOT share the property with anyone else during your stay. It's all yours! (Other homes listed in the area sometimes have the owner staying on-premise in a small apartment, or trailer, in the backyard. Not us!)
