Be thrilled by the sunset choir of wolves, lions, and bears (Oh My!) and wake up to the sounds of bald eagles and waves breaking on the Dungeness Spit. We are the closest Airbnb to the Olympic Game Farm, welcome! The space “The BOB” is a perfect escape for a relaxing time surrounded by opportunities for adventure! A true gateway to the Olympic Peninsula with all the conveniences of home including a steaming hot shower and full restroom. Plenty of outdoor space to roam the property. Feed the piglets and hens, tour the garden, walk to the beach. Enjoy complimentary coffee, teas and cocoa as well as fresh eggs from our hens. A truly out of town experience awaits, with deer grazing through the property, and even an occasional peacock! Relax at sunset, BBQ, spark a fire in our smokeless pit and feel human again. We provide all the kindling and firewood and have carefully outfitted the Airstream to ensure maximum hygge. A walk in any direction will yield sweeping panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains, Mount Baker and the Cascade Range, as well as the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We are a 5 miles from town proper. Sequim’s many coffee shops and roasters aren’t far away. Surrounded by lavender farms with easy access to all of the local festivals including the Lavender Festival, Irrigation Festival, and Sunshine Festival. Our spot offers a great home base for all types of adventure seekers. • Beach access for swimming, kayaking, kitesurfing and seasonal clamming at the Cline Spit County Park (1 mile) • Seasonal fishing and swimming at the Dungeness River (1 mile) • Hiking and beach combing at the Dungeness Spit Wildlife Refuge (2 miles) • Biking or walking the Olympic Discovery is Trail (2.5 miles) • Easy day trips to Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, and all the peninsula has to offer. The Airstream is a Special Anniversary Edition model that is an extremely clean and cozy space. It can accommodate up to four adults. We are more than happy to host families with kids and willing to work out special arrangements if desired. The bed configurations include two twin beds in a private bedroom with lockable privacy screen and two twin beds easily converted from the dinette and couch. Guest access Guests have the Airstream and surrounding areas to yourselves. The Airstream is on the same property as our home but has a separate entrance with a stunning cord wood wall for extra privacy and plenty of quiet outdoor space. Other things to note This is an excellent remote work space. We utilize eco-friendly products in the bathroom, shower, and kitchen, as well as having designated recycling on site. Please NO SMOKING inside the Airstream.
