Bull, racer and rattlesnake. We have seen all of these in the past ten years. The space Quiet location just off the highway 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Fully Furnished. We have some handicap accommodations. There is No wheelchair access but for those visitors who need that extra help, we have a lift chair in the living room and handicap bars for shower and toilet in the bathroom. Each room has its own electric heat and adjustable thermostat. Attached garage has a walk-in cooler that you can store game in during hunting season. All linens are provided, (rags for all messes) towels, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, 6 toilet paper rolls, dish towels, furniture, dish soap, hand soap and trash bags. We want you to have a great time but we request that you respect the neighbors. We ask that after 10:00pm till 7:00 am you will keep noise down. Sound does travel through the trees so please try to remember this at all times. No pets or smoking in the house. Guest access There is parking available for several trucks with trailers if needed. You could set up a camper next to the house if needed. The property is right on SD Highway 50. No gravel roads need to be traveled to get to us! Other things to note We have two grills both are propane. We also have a small firepit. The property is 4 miles north of Chamberlain on Hwy 50. There are rattlesnakes in this area of the state. Please be aware of your surroundings.
