The living area is so light and roomy with the gorgeous view of the beachfront pool and Indian Shores beach for our picture perfect sunsets. The fully stocked kitchen has a bar area with some barstool seating for a quick meal or catching up while preparing those homecooked meals you love. All the amenities and extras you need are here! The master bedroom has beautiful hardwood floors and a King sized bed, TV, plus a private balcony, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet. The Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed with it's own smart TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and is right next to the bedrooms. You will love the spacious living area that leads you out to the beachfront balcony overlooking Indian Shores Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour beverage or lunch out here while listening to the waves or watching the sunset. You will never miss a sunset, and you will always have a front row seat! Across the street from the complex is the intercoastal waterway for great fishing and a very well kept public boat launch area. You can even rent a boat or jet skis nearby for more fun! You have one undercover assigned parking spot with plenty of guest parking, a secured elevator entrance and you are not far from some wonderful local restaurants, a couple within walking distance. There is a coffee bar, pizza restaurants and an access road off the beach island to a nearby grocery store and other conveniences all close by. We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and some beach toys/floats for your use as well as a few beach towels. There is free WIFI within this unit, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Guest access A week before your vacation starts we supply you with check in instructions with directions to the condo, parking instructions, and any codes you need to get into the condo. Your stay includes use of the beachfront pool, pool bathrooms, private beach entrance, and one assigned parking spot. Other things to note ****Please note: this unit sleeps 5 people total. This includes all Adults, Children and infants. Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old.**** There is a step up to get into the lobby with the elevator. The unit is an end unit but does have a neighbor on one side, and a unit above. The condo is stocked with towels and linens for your stay and a starting supply of toilet paper, soap and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, too. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. Yes, there is free wifi!
