At HOOM Home & Hotel you live in your own apartment. Comfortable, practical and qualitative, all set in a modern and stylish apartment hotel. Stay for one week or several months if you wish. The space The apartments are 25 square meters, comprising 1 room and a kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of every apartment, generously and cleverly planned. All of our apartments has kitchens appliances and are equipped with: Large fridge/freezer combo Practical oven/microwave combo Electric kettle Cooker with ceramic glass hob and extractor fan Dishwasher Guest access FRONT DESK Our reception is unmanned at night and closes at 23:00. We would like to kindly double-check what time you plan to check in. TV , WI-FI, fitness center, laundry room, lounge and parking Included in the stay - provide your plate number in the reception (we can not guarantee a parking space) Other things to note PARKING Parking is available on the hotel grounds and is included in your stay. Please note that parking is only permitted in our marked spaces. We have two separate parking areas one for the A-building and one for the B-building. Register your license plate number at check-in. Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited, and therefore we cannot guarantee availability for all guests. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT HOOM Home & Hotel has an age limit policy of 18 years, and a valid ID must be shown for every guest staying with us. FITNESS Monday–Friday: 07:00–22:00 Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 LAUNDRY Laundry must be pre-booked via reception. The cost is SEK 75 per wash. SECURITY For everyone’s safety, the hotel is monitored by surveillance cameras CLEANING HOOM Home & Hotel is an apartment hotel and therefore provides cleaning according to your length of stay: 1–7 nights: Cleaning is provided upon check-out. 8+ nights: Please contact reception to confirm how many cleanings are included and to book additional ones if desired.
