Sunnydale Chalet and Gardens

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard. WPAFB, WSU, Nutter Center, Fairfield Commons Mall, many restaurants and other amenities are very close by. The space Sunnydale is quiet and cozy with quick access to many restaurants, the mall, and many other attractions. You will have the apartment to yourself with the bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, living room, and private entrance. The Chalet is a bit rustic with a path along the creek to the private entrance. It is not the same as a hotel with paved entrances. It is great for some but not for everyone. Be sure to add each additional guest to the booking request regardless of their age. Also, be sure to include each pet since they are important also. Others are staying in the attached home but only the outside patio, yard, and garden are shared. Guest access The lower level of a tri-level, with a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Also, a 2nd bedroom on that level can be made available for larger groups. Just be sure to request it when booking if you will need it. Others are living on the upper levels but only the outdoor spaces are shared. Other things to note Note that local regulations only allow us to have a max of two adults in each of the two bedrooms and at least one person in the group must be at least 21 years old. We try to keep the property free of fragrances, dust, and other potential irritants for our guests with allergies. Note that access to the Chalet requires walking on pavers along a rock path as you can see in the pictures. Most find this part of the charm of Sunnydale but any guests who have issues walking or bringing luggage on uneven surfaces may have issues with this. The space is in the lower level of a tri-level home. The private entrance is in the back of the home. The only cameras in use are by the doors facing the outside and help to ensure your safety.
