Just a 3 minute walk from beautiful Sloan's Lake and an 8 minute drive to downtown Denver. A very clean and comfortable space for 1 to 2 people looking for a quiet and affordable stay in the heart of Colorado. With easy access to parks and multiple gathering spots for food and drinks...you will find the location is absolutely perfect. The space This row house is a small space with big character. The rooms are spacious with brand new paint throughout the entire home. The lighting and simple decorations will make anyone feel at ease and comfortable during their stay. There are two private entrances and a small back porch with seating and a table. Guest access Plenty of free street parking...with many appealing locations within walking distance. The property is a very short drive to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, and all of the local highways; making it very easy to explore the city and get into the beautiful foothills and mountains. This row house is located in an area with some of Denver's most appealing neighborhoods, with incredible restaurants, parks, breweries, shopping and much more. Other things to note I'm a home coffee roaster so you will be provided with freshly roasted coffee throughout your entire stay. If you enjoy it and run out I will be happy to bring you some more during your visit. There is a grinder in the unit so you can choose between whole bean or ground as well. Enjoy!!
