Easy boat access to the river via Jack Smith launch and off road trails can be found right out the driveway directly behind the neighborhood. Casinos, Golf Courses and grocery stores are within 5 miles of the home creating a great resupply location or home base while still feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere. The ghost town of Oatman is less than 15 miles from the front porch and you will encounter wild flowers(seasonal) and donkeys along the way.
