Guest access Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the garden, etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note Things you need to know: - Security Deposit: ₹ 3000 per room - Room amenities include TV, WiFi and air conditioners. - Up to 3 cars can be parked on the property free of additional charges. - Villa amenities include a TV, swimming pool, turf, gazebo, open terrace, and barbeque. - Bonfires are not permitted at this home. - We allow outside food with cleaning charges of Rs 600 per day. - Pets are allowed but not in the pool or on the furniture. Pet charges INR 800 + GST Per day Per Pet. - The caretaker will help you with the menu of the restaurant nearby. - If a chef is required please confirm with us before finalizing the booking, for us to make the necessary arrangements. - To address the water shortage in Alibaug and promote eco-friendliness, the home's garden has been adorned with artificial grass, which serves as an environmentally conscious alternative to real grass. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes - As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 4 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. House Rules: - We allow outside food with cleaning charges of Rs 600 per day. - The caretaker will help you with the menu of the restaurant nearby. - Bonfires are not permitted at this home. - If a chef is required please confirm with us before finalizing the booking, for us to make the necessary arrangements. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. - Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. - Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. - The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. - Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving - Licenses and Passports. - Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
