Thanks for checking us out, and please don't hesitate to reach out The space Situated on a hill overlooking the Town of Sparta, the home is a single level with wrap around porch. 1 full size master BR (queen) & 1 small second bedroom/reading room (full). 1.5 baths, a spacious and modern kitchen, a lovely open living room with TV (streaming), Studio quality stereo (bluetooth), tons of board games to play, and a toasty wall mounted Heater for those chilly winter nights. Speaking of winter... The driveway is fully paved and totally level, so no worries getting in and out in the weather! Add the home office, High speed Broadband internet (50MB), Full sized Washer and Dryer, and the lush green yard with lots of local wildflowers sprinkled around, and you have yourself a Clean and Cozy Sparta Getaway! Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, including the driveway, both front and back porches, and the rolling yard if the kids want to play. Less than a mile from downtown Sparta - yet more than far enough away to admire the view from your quiet retreat up the hill. More importantly, you will be surrounded by all the natural attractions the area has to offer - The Blue Ridge Parkway for the motor enthusiasts looking to zip around in the mountains, and miles upon miles of National parks, hiking trails, and outdoor adventures to be explored. Other things to note Although we generally do not offer the 2 car garage to our guests, reach out directly if you are considering bringing a ride worth covering. I am a driver and biker myself, and can make the garage available for a small additional fee.
