And is less than 1 mile from grocery and 3 miles from many chain and local restaurants. TVs in every room. Family rooms both upstairs and down. Close to everything! 20-25 minutes to Alamodome, Sea World, the Zoo, Six Flags, Riverwalk, Trader's Village, Frost Bank Center and more!! Pet friendly! Guest access Access to FREE Community pool and outdoor workout center, park, basketball and mini rock-climbing walls one block from the house! The pool is governed by HOA and not always available. please ask before you book. Thanks! Other things to note The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a oversized tub and walk in shower. Two full baths upstairs to allow for plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the events. The family room upstairs has 2 full size couches and 2 love seats. TVs in every room.
