Beautiful Studio Apt, great views, quiet, peaceful

Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. The queen bed is a very comfortable Murphy Bed. The apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Designated parking area. The space Self check in after final payment door code will be given. Entrance via keypad. Guest access Apartment, Gazebo, Grill and parking Other things to note There will be an addition $50 charged for cleaning if trash or dirty dishes are left. There is a mop, vacuum, broom and dust pan for your use. Some people have brought an extra guest or two without asking. If there are more than two adults and one small child, you will be charged an additional $25.00 per extra guest. Please note there is no smoking of any kind inside at all times and smoking outside is prohibited if a fire ban if any kind is in effect. Thank you for respecting our home. Please enjoy your stay.
