Great studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. This apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. Extra guest= extra charge. Quiet time 10 PM - 7 AM. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Private parking in a designated space. The space Self check in after final payment door code will be given. Entrance via keypad. Guest access Apartment, Gazebo, Grill and parking Other things to note There will be an addition $50 charged for cleaning if trash or dirty dishes are left. There is a mop, vacuum, broom and dust pan for your use. Some people have brought an extra guest or two without asking. If there are more than two adults and one small child, you will be charged an additional $25.00 per extra guest.
