Our renovated mid-century modern haven includes an outdoor front patio for guests to savor breathtaking views of the San Gabriel Valley during sunset. Your ideal escape for a relaxing and picturesque stay! The space Relax on the front patio and enjoy the beautiful views of the San Gabriel Valley during sunrise and sunset. LIVING ROOM: Our beautiful and spacious living area provides an ultra plush West Elm Sofa against a beautiful and picturesque board and batten wall (perfect for photos!). Relax after an evening of exploring LA with our 65-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix. The Dining area features seating for 4 with a round table, beautiful wishbone chairs and a oversized industrial mirror. BEDROOMS: •Room 1: The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a plush 12" mattress, soft hypoallergenic sheets, plush pillows, mid century vanity table with a mirror, 2 large closets, iron & ironing board •Room 2: The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, soft hypoallergenic bedding, plush pillows and a gold full length West Elm Mirror (perfect for checking your outfit!) BATHROOMS: The bathroom is fully stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer and more. KITCHEN: The cozy kitchen area that features beautiful quartz countertops, gas stove & oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, sleek matte black tea kettle, pots, pans, knives, baking essentials and dining essentials. INTERNET CONNECTION: We offer high speed wifi so you can experience lag-free zoom calls and TV streaming! LAUNDRY: In Unit Washer & Dryer are available for your use during your stay with tide pods & dryer sheets. OUTDOOR SPACE: There is a patio above the one car garage in the front of the home with outdoor seating for you to enjoy the beautiful views! PARKING: There is a private enclosed one car garage provided for your use during your stay. There is also ample street parking. Disposable spa slippers are provided to you at the front entrance. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. any smoking will be subject to $300 fine and additional cleaning fee. The home shares the lot with another home in the back (further up the hill). The homes are detached and have no shared walls. The neighboring property is currently doing renovations so there may be daytime noise from 7am-5pm. We have installed sound machines in both bedrooms to help with any noise.
