The bath and toilet areas are private en-suite, and there is a door separating the toilet room from dressing area. Seneca lake is about a 10 minute walk. The grounds are filled with gardens. The location is central to all activities yet still in the country for a quiet night's sleep. Watkins Glen 12 minutes. The space Bright, airy, clean. Easy access to porch, parking, walk. Full room cleaning service. Breakfast is optional and served in the dining room or on the porch depending on season and distancing considerations. Stained glass alcove window and artsy feel. Guest access Porches and living room, dining room areas are accessible. There is no access to kitchen or laundry facilities. A laundromat is about three miles away. The house is located in rural country overlooking Seneca Lake. Parking on property is free. Walk, hike, bike, your car or a hired car to see the sites and wine-tasting at vineyards and breweries. During your stay You may purchase breakfast if you like. There is one sit-down serving made fresh daily 8:30 to 9 AM, with one menu choice. You will be able to request gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian choices. Just let the host know the night before if you would like breakfast. Other things to note Sheets and towels are laundered on site and not sent to a commercial laundry. Makeup removal towelettes are provided. Please do NOT bring your own bed linens or towels.
