This cabin has access to both of our red starred beaches, the blue circle indicates our other cabin locations. Please note that a portion of the black shaded area, although sandy and leading to the beach, is occupied currently by some docks and large equipment from the neighboring Marina. Please review our rental agreement when booking for all the information for booking. Refundable Damage/Cleaning Security deposit will be refunded after departure as long as guidelines in our rental agreement are followed. * Please note this cabin allows a maximum of 2 dogs. The Pet fee when pet is selected charges for only 1 pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing more than one pet, up to 2 pets is allowed for a $15.00 fee/pet/night. This extra fee will be added upon request before or after booking. PARKING: - 3 parking spots - Please contact us if you plan to have more vehicles to discuss extra vehicle parking - Please ensure that your vehicle(s) are parked at the cabin you are staying at, and be kind to not park in front of another cabin's view of the beach/water if possible. - REMEMBER: Our Cabins are on the beach, and some areas of our lot are sandy and can sometimes make it difficult for small or lower cars to park in some locations. VRBO CANCELLATION POLICY: (will be honored for all VRBO Bookings) BOOKINGS - DAY AFTER LABOR DAY, UP TO AND INCLUDING FATHER'S DAY: Refunds (less a $25 cancellation fee per cabin) are only able to be issued in the case that the cabin can be rebooked for the duration of your cancelled reservation. You will be held financially responsible for 100% of your reservation if you cancel at any time. BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER - DAY AFTER FATHER'S DAY, UP TO AND INCLUDING LABOR DAY:* Refunds (less a $25 cancellation fee per cabin) are only guaranteed to be issued if the cancellation is made before February 1st (of your reservation year). You will be held financially responsible for 100% of your reservation if you cancel after Feb 1st (of your reservation year).
