B&B La Madonnina – Lucca

Our small B&B is located in the hills of Lucca, a few kilometers from the city of Lucca. This is a family suite with two double bedrooms and a private bathroom in an old farmhouse surrounded by olive groves. A few minutes away is the village of Marlia, equipped with all kinds of services. Here you can spend a stay immersed in tranquility and with many opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings: from the city, to the mountains and the historic villages of Garfagnana, to the nearby sea. The space DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION The accommodation available is a family suite located on the second and top floor of our house. This is a family suite consisting of a hallway entrance overlooking two bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and an east-facing view of the hills of Lucca populated by the historic villages of Matraia and Valgiano. The second is equipped with a French double bed, a bookcase, a clothes stand and a sofa. From the corridor, an antechamber branches off onto which the windowed bathroom opens, equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet and a large shower with a floor threshold. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in antique taverns or (on request and during the summer) under the outdoor pergola. ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION Access to the suite is from outside the property, through an independent armored entrance of which the keys are provided to the guests, in addition to the gate opener, to enjoy maximum independence. CONTEXT AND SURROUNDINGS The house is surrounded by nature, in particular by olive groves and vineyards, and is located along paths marked CAI (part of the trail network of the Municipality of Capannori, north side) that can be traveled both on foot and by mountain bike. Through these routes you can reach naturalistic destinations (the Pizzorne plateau) and cultural destinations (ancient villages) through the wonderful hilly landscape. Guest access ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION Upon arrival, guests are provided with a remote control gate opener and the keys to the independent security door that leads them to their family suite. We are always present in the facility and available for any need or necessity. During your stay Guests can communicate with us by mobile phone or email or directly, as we will always be present in our Bed and Breakfast. Other things to note REQUIREMENTS AT CHECK-IN PRESENTATION OF DOCUMENTS Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid identity document in order to check in. MUNICIPALITY OF LUCCA ACCOMMODATION TAX The Municipality of Lucca requires the payment of a fee corresponding to €2.50 for each Guest for the first 3 nights of stay. At the time of check-in, it will be communicated whether – as per the Regulations available in the facility – exemptions will apply or not (e.g., children under 12, etc.).
