Casas de Guadalupe is a small enclave of 12 lovingly restored historic adobe casitas. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath casita has a unique floorplan with a full kitchen that spills into the den, which has a of a sleeper. Outdoor patio perfect for families! Casita H: This vacation rental is one of our most popular casitas. With two bedrooms and two baths it'll make a families vacation come true! Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and there is also a pull out sofa in the den, making it perfect for families up to six! The kitchen has a small dining room table for four people, plus a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The living area and kitchen spill into one another making it easily to visit with one another. It has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable TV, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary high speed Internet access. This casita boasts a large enclosed patio that is ideal for an outdoor evening on a mild summer night. This is our only casita that is not pet friendly. We do not allow pets in here and try to keep it especially for those with severe allergies. Guest access Full kitchen with all the amenities (everything but food!), washer and dryer, air conditioning/heater, parking, WiFi, parking, walk to the plaza! Other things to note If you have pets, we do not ask for a pet deposit but do ask that you make sure to clean up after the little guys/gals. We do ask that if your pet does disrupt other quests, or causes any damages to the casitas, or the property that you as the owner take responsibility, personally and financially. Casita H has central heating and airconditioning. They do not run simultaneously. It's one or the other. We usually turn the heat on around October and the Air around May. There are extra space heaters and fans in the closets on site. Check in to the property is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Once your reservation is booked we will send a confirmation letter. Parking at the compound: •Casitas A, D & H have parking directly in front of the casitas just off of Park Ave. There are two spots. Please make sure to use just one spot per car. When we are full in back, people may need to park in front. There are two parking spots in front of these casitas, please leave room for TWO cars. •Please note that Casas de Guadalupe is not responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles. Please do not leave belongings in your vehicle. •Please note during busy times, someone may be parked in front of your casita. Please feel free to park in another spot. These parking places are not assigned to individuals. We have plenty of parking for everyone! Please be courteous! Each casitas is allowed up to one parking spot complimentary. Any additional vehicles will be charged $30.00 for their stay up to 7 days. Registration details STR230170
