The living room is situated with a cozy wood fireplace, DirectTV satellite, VHS player, and comfortable seating. There is a game room downstairs so you won't need to fight over the remote. The game room has a foosball table, arcade game and a Roku TV for guests to sign into their own streaming accounts. There is also a DVD player in the game room. Gather here at the end of the night for some friendly competition or turn on a movie with some hot chocolate. The kitchen is well equipped to make you feel right at home. The dining table has seating for 6 and the bar by the kitchen has seating for 4. Cook up a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or the trails! Outside on the deck, there is patio seating and a gas BBQ grill. Soak in the mountain views and have your cup of coffee out here in the crisp air. Downstairs by the home, there is an outdoor firepit, perfect for smores! The first two bedrooms can be found on the main floor by the kitchen. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other a Full; both bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom is downstairs by the game room and has a Full bed. There is a full bathroom in the game room. Upstairs on the third floor, the loft has 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. NO A/C at this property Three vehicle max - no exceptions. This is a no-pet property. This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4- night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. NO parties are allowed at this property. Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all local ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
