Welcome! We'd love to host you in our cute & cozy retro-inspired cottage located in the small community called DTJ Taborville nestled along side the Beartown Lakes Reservation, a Geauga County Park. The 2 bedroom/1 bath space has a 1 car attached garage, lovely patio & a large yard with dog run. Just a small walk to the community playground, swim/fish ponds, & pavilion. We have had guests from all over the world and hope you’ll be our next. The Sunshine cottage is aptly named because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our cottage has a screened/window-ed in front porch, one car attached garage, outdoor back patio, large yard, and adjacent community park. This 2 bedroom, one bath home has everything you need to come in and stay a while. Well-behaved PETS are WELCOME AND require an extra pet cleaning FEE. Please contact the host to discuss. You are welcome to stroll the community, enjoy the pavilions, ponds, and community spaces. There are a lot of dog walkers in the area that will wave hello. We are always available for suggestions and recommendations. Other things to note Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding area. It’s our house and we hope you enjoy it like your own home! That being said, it’s a BIG walking community. People walk daily….Their dogs, kids and together. Enjoy!
