Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets. The space Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and a fireplace. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and on of them has its own smart TV as well. The house is spacious with plenty of sitting. Kitchen is fully equipped with a electric kettle, smoothie maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils , pots and pans, spices, oil, salt, paper etc. Dinning table has 4 chairs and one bench. The outdoor patio has a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a couch that sits 3. The laundry is in the garage and has new modern washer and dryer and laundry supplies.
