Our community is very quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbours. Hence, do us a favour by following our house rules below: 1. Monitor noise level before 7am and after 10pm (party is not allowed). 2. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. An amount of RM300 will be imposed as penalty if found any. 3. We are sorry - pets are not allowed. 4. Durians, mangosteen and any foods with strong stench are not permitted in our house. 5. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost. 6. Keep it clean all the time as your own house for the duration of your stay. 7. The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. We will not be held responsible for missing items. 8. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders. 9. Energy saving! Kindly switch off all the electrical appliances when not in use or when you leave the home. 10. Lost of access card or failed to return will be fined RM200 each.
