Home in Boulder

Our sunny home has hardwood floors throughout and mountain views. We are a 15-minute walk to Pearl Street and restaurants such as Mateo. From there, it's a few blocks to the Pearl Street car-free zone. A 10 minute walk the other way is Whole Foods, homemade ice cream and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with old shade trees. It is one of Boulder's most desirable areas due to proximity to downtown and hiking. The space We have a sunny home within walking distance to Pearl Street and a five minute drive from Mount Sanitas, one of Boulder's most popular hiking trails. Our simply-decorated home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a deck with dining table and mountain views, and a washer dryer. There is Wifi throughout. We have an air mattress for a 6th guest if needed. Guest access The entire home Other things to note We no longer have our sweet cat Sammie who is mentioned in the reviews.
