To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi, barbecue - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 6 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms are equipped with a variety of amenities including a wardrobe, AC, Wi-Fi and an attached bathroom. - 2 bedrooms have a king-sized bed, 1 bedroom has 2 king-sized beds and 1 bedroom has a queen-sized bed. - 2 bedrooms also open up to attached balconies overlooking the surrounding verdure. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. COMMON AREAS - The villa opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor featuring tall ceilings, offering plush seating arrangements for up to 11 people. - It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including Wi-Fi access, a poker table, a TV and a wired music system. It is not equipped with an AC. - The dining area is a part of the living area on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. - The exteriors of the home feature 10,000 sq. ft. of beautifully landscaped gardens, adorned with vibrant potted plants and a refreshing breeze. - Guests can snuggle with a book to read in the gazebo or enjoy a stroll on the lawn. - There is a private swimming pool, 27x14 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - The pool deck features an alfresco dining area that overlooks the lawn and can seat up to 6 people. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens - 1 in the villa and 1 outside the villa. - Guests have access to the kitchen only for reheating purposes. - Guests may use the indoor kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. Guests can use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 1 male personal staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day exclusive of meal charges and taxes. ACTIVITIES Promising a rejuvenating getaway amidst lush greenery and serene landscapes, Sunshine Bloom is an escapist’s paradise. Within the property, start your day with an elaborate breakfast amidst the lush greenery. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn or carry a book to read in the gazebo. Play a friendly match of badminton, volleyball or cricket. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards, poker or ludo. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool. Relish a lavish barbecue meal. Head over to the terrace and savour the serene views. ADD-ON SERVICES - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - A badminton set, volleyball net, bat, ball and board games are available.  - Sheesha can be arranged at an additional cost.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a well-ventilated living room that is not equipped with an AC. - The stay is a part of a gated community. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 16 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
