This is a Studio space that is somewhat small but functional. Self check-in w/ Keyless entry! Double bed and a private bathroom ensuite, private entrance with doggie door. Full size refrigerator with freezer. Deluxe microwave with baking capability. Tubi TV with Netflix and more. Central heating and cooling. Lockable door to main house for complete privacy. This room is practical but it’s not the “HILTON” Work in progress and will progressively get better as time goes on. 1 min drive to I-25 & I-40 Very desirable location. Across the street from hotel abq (conventions) Safe cul-da-sac neighborhood , no through traffic. Feel safe where you park and lay your head at night. Washer/dryer available for small $5 charge. Street parking only when main house is occupied. Enjoy the backyard too! Plenty of room for your pups to run around.
