We have a bohemian casual style. We just installed a brand new central AC/Heater. Full kitchen, pots, cutlery, plates, blender, microwave, stove & toaster. Bathrooms have towels, Hair dryer, iron/board. Plenty of private parking for 3 vehicles. The property is fully fenced in. Deck in front/back. We have plenty of exterior lights & Ring Camera for doors. We're just minutes away if our guests ever need anything. Washer/Dryer for guests. Our neighborhood is full of bungalow style homes. Our area is going through gentrification and our neighbors are really nice. We don't allow parties since we have a few older neighbors next door. Over the years we have made good friendships with our neighbors. Small community where everyone knows each other. . PETS require pre-approval. • We only accept 1 dog NO CATS • A pet fee will be charged separately after booking: $75.00 for stays up to 2 nights + $20 for each additional day. A flat-rate fee and security deposit can be arranged for stays over 30 days. Please inquire. • Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed. • Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc. • Pets must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens. Pet owner must vacuum all pet hair. • Dogs must not bark excessively. • You must clean all dog waste in the yard daily. • Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by pet. • If a pet is brought onto the premises without approval, the violation will result in $800.00 fines per incident and disciplinary reports to Airbnb. 2. NO PARTIES. LARGE GATHERINGS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE The maximum number of guests allowed is six. Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. There is a city-wide ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10:00 p.m. Please refrain from loud noise after 10:00 p.m. 3. MINIMUM AGE The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. 4. PARKING Free Parking. Designated parking includes room for 3 vehicles on the driveway and on-street parking directly in front of the house. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses. 5.
